Revert the UAT n Prod environment

Hi,

I need to know what if at some point of time I need to revert the code at UAT and Production, How I could do that its happen sometime we need to revert the deployed code in an environment, in Ax 2012 we have Models if needed we could have deleted/remove the models, How we are suppose to do the thing for D 365 FO, and How we can restore the DB as well , Is there any disaster recover plan available for D365FO, I know prod will be in MS control so how we need to communicate to MS and what abt the UAT ... Any suggestion!!
