Appointments not Showing up in Teams

Hello, I need appointments to convert to Teams meetings and that a meeting invite be emailed to the required attendee(s). Even though I selected that the appointment is a Teams meeting as seen in the picture below, the appointment was not converted to a Teams meeting and the required attendee was not notified.
