1,531Hi Friends,
We have a shortcut on every user's PC to launch AX,
Following is shortcut, basically, it will launch AX using same config file for all users. This config file is reside on a network server.
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics AX\60\Client\Bin\Ax32.exe" "\\daxserver\AxConfig_Prod\dax-aosCluster-prod.axc"
But, once a while user reported problem with it.See screen shot.
Solution we figured out is to delete the shortcut, recreate a new one for the user, which is exact same one as before, then it would work.
We haven't figured out what exactly is the problem.
Any idea?
