Help sending an email directly to contacts in a segment

Posted on by 218
When I create an email and press /Ready to send/ in production I see the /Send/ button within the email and I can click on, Send/Send Now and I see a dialog box called /Published Segments/ where I can choose a segment to send the email to.

However when I l navigate to an email in Sandbox, and the email is in ready to send state, I do not see the same Send button, it does not display, so I am unable to send the email to a segment, see screenshot. I would like to know how to send an email from sandbox directly to a segment without creating a journey, which is the behaviour I can do in production?

Thanks for your help, in the end I found I had to turn the feature on which solved the issue.

    Hi,

Based on the information you provided, we conducted the following tests
    1. Create an RTM Email and try to execute /Send Now/.

2.Import OBM Email into RTM and try to execute /Send Now/.

But neither of them reproduces your error

Therefore, we think it may be a problem with the buttons on the /Command Bar/, you can follow the steps below to check your /Command Bar/.

I hope my answer is helpful to you! If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me.

    Best Regards,
