Hi

I have an opporotunity view that needs to be turned to a weekly report to share with a group of recipients. Is there anyway to auto shedule this in CRM?

    Hi Lusio,

Yes, your are right. The report I'm talking about is the OOB report provided by D365 which is read-only, and the view is able to export to excel or edit through excel online.

    Best Regards,

    Leo

    Hi Leo,

Thanks for the reply. I can copy the conditins to the report, is the report that you are referring here being the default the report function out of CRM? The cons of it is that it's in a PDF format, not editable, is that right? While Views enable you to do all sorts of analysis from the excel. Is my understanding correct?

    Hi Lusio,

Unfortunately there is no such way to convert view to report automatically.

Since the view is based on filter conditions, you could copy the conditions to your report manually.

If you really want to do an automatic operation, it needs a large developing work with C#.

    Regards,

    Leo
