Surveys - do I use VOC or Forms Pro?

Hi, my understanding is that Marketing is going to be using Forms Pro instead of Voice of the Customer And that it is currently supporting Forms Pro.

My question is, how do I access Forms Pro? There doesn’t seem to be a way through the Marketing App site map

i can see a survey app but it looks like a legacy VOC app.

also I am new to Forms Pro so would appreciate if someone might point me to a resource for some Forms Pro self learning.

    Don't use VOC, it is getting deprecated. Forms Pro is the way to go.

    Dilyana has already provided you the necessary links.

    Additionally, You can also sign up for a trial version using link - formspro.microsoft.com/.../ and see if its useful for your requirements.

    You can customize forms pro with your marketing app using a custom button or based on actions

    and integrate it back with Dynamics 365 or Power BI for further insights

    The general availability has been changed for Forms Pro to Dec 2019. Read more in below URL:
