When a customer is created and the user creating it has an employment in the same legal entity as the customer record, the field Employee responsible is being populated by the worker name.
If the worker doesnt have an active employment anymore, because the employee left the company and you are trying to change something on the customer account the following error message is thrown:
There is a parameter that prevents assigning employees responsible from other legal entities.
However, I am looking for a parameter that prevents putting in any value at all by default.
Its standard, it takes the "person" field from user details form in sys admin.
Either you remove the name manually while creating customer, which is more unlikely to be accepted by the users, if not then think about customization.
