Purchased Dynamics Licenses aren't able to be assigned to users

We have 9 purchased Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online licenses. We have 6 licenses assigned and need to assign 3 more licenses to users, however the admin centre says we can only assign 6 licenses to users and it won't allow us to assign any more.

    Hey!

    The best option on this situation would be to open a support request to Microsoft and provide the TenantID/TenantDomain.
