In 2009 R2 system allowed posting of Kit BOM assembly output without the kit components. Now I am not able to reverse out the expected cost ?

Hello,

 In 2009 r2 system allowed posting of KIt BOM output without the Kit components. As the result the output entry is not showing as invoiced and has only expected cost. I tried applying this to a negative adjustment/disassembly but still not able to reverse expected cost.  My client was copying the BOM Journal line and that is when system allows posting of output without any kit components.

Any idea what can be done to reverse expected cost for this output line. I can adjust inventory but not able to reverse expected cost.
