Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations IP ranges

Hi,

I have requirement to send email from AX through on premise mail server that sitting behind the firewall. Does anyone know the ip ranges of dev,preprod and production environment deployed through lcs?

If this approach is not possible, is there any other solution? And what is the common approach for sending email ? Does it use smtp.office365.com?

    Hi DavidGunawan,

    You don't know it. MS can add new AOS anytime with new IP address that would require access as well. Best you can do is to add whole Azure region to a firewall rule.

    Here you can get IP ranges www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx

    You may try to open support request and ask same question maybe there is set of IP addresses, but I don't think so.
