Transfer attachments from requisition to purchase order

Hi Friends, I have a query regarding the document attachment, actually we are attaching the document to the PR's and after approval automatically converting the PR into PO but the attached document is not attaching user have to manually attached the same document on the PO, is there a way like the data transferred from PR to PO documents also transfer from PR to PO. Please advise, thanks in advance

    Hi Goutham,

    If attachments are added to PR line, this attachments will be transferred to PO line.

    If attachments are added to PR header, this attachments will not be transferred to PO header.

    Because one PR might be converted to many POs depending on Procurement policies and suppliers selected.

    But you can do a customization. Here is a simple code to do that in AX, maybe it can help you: nairobiaxusergroup.wordpress.com/.../dynamics-ax-2012-moving-attachments-while-converting-purchase-requisition-to-a-purchase-order
