Hi expert,
Can I make additional column bucket more than 6 columns in AR and AP aging report?

It will be a customization. Not sure, how major it will be since no client has asked for more than this so far.

my client really need more than this, because in aging period definition setup can make more than 6 columns.
perhaps any other expert can help me to give an idea for this case.
Another way out without customization is to configure two set of aging buckets and generate it separately. Then using excel, you can merge the two reports. That's what I would suggest to the client instead of going for this customization.
Secondly, since AX really hard coded it up to 6 and increasing it beyond 6 will mean doing it from the scratch or doing some major redesign. Aging snapshot/Customer statement/Aging reports-all these are dependent on this set up. Increasing the number of lines in the set up through customization will need customization in all these 3 processes. If you really need it only for aging report, then you can remove the validation on the set of aging bucket (that should be easy thing) + customize the aging report (it will need redesign)

I fully support what Satya replied. Making an adjustment to the 6 default aging buckets quickly can end up in very very much work due to the hard coded specification. Please try to use the Workaround suggested.
