Page User Setting List 9206 editing

Hi all,
I would like to grant access to Page "User Setting List 9206" for a Key User.
He has access now but can only see his own user in this list?

I have provided user rights to table and table data User Personalization (2000000073) but still no change.

Only if SUPER Permission set is assigned he can see the full list of users?
Any ideas?
I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

Please try to assign below tables and page in the Sandbox (Test) environment and check.

I didn't get the time to check but if this doesn't work then need to do customisation.

       Table 9206 (User Settings)
       Table 2000000120 (User)
       Table 2000000121 (User Property)
       User Property (2000000072)

    Hi,

This is a system page and Business central enforces additional security. When this page is opened these additional check runs. And the procedure CanManageUsersOnTenant acutally checks for SUPER User.

Hi, As Bilal mentioned, there's a system-standard control.
If you want to allow non-superuser access, you'll need to do some simple customization, for example, force Result to be equal to true
or simply create a new page.

    Hope this helps as well.
    Thanks.

The User Settings (Page 9206) is tied to the User Personalization table (2000000073), but access is further restricted by system-level security. That’s why your key user only sees their own record unless they have SUPER.

To allow them to see all users, you need to grant Read permission on the User table (2000000120) and also the User Property table (2000000075). Without those, BC will filter the list down to their own user.
