Display all related contacts in Accounts form

Dear all,

In the Contact form, I have linked the Account by selecting the account name from drop down. Now I wish to display all related contacts in the Accounts form too. For example If I have added Account name "ABCD" in 10 contacts, and when I open Accounts form for "ABCD", it should display all 10 contact details.

I have tried all SubGrid, QuickView but not working.

Please suggest what could be missing element here.

Regards

Deepak

    Hi Kudeep,

what view did you use in the subgrid?

I have created a custom view, I also tried Active Contacts. But both didn't show the results. However when I chose "Display all records", All contacts were displayed.

    Hello Kudeep,

Based on you description you should be able to display contacts using sub grid, what issue you are facing. You can also see it under associated view, if you will click V next to account name, you should be able to see a navigation link to display all related contact records.

    Dear all,

Thanks for the reply but these suggestions didn't work. I still not able to display the related contacts in the Account for using Subgrid. It shows no records. But in the Contact form, I have mentioned Account name in the lookup Account Name field and it should work.

    Please suggest.

    Hi,

You can check is all the contact's owner under your name?

If Not, you might need to change the view into " Active Contacts" instead of " My Active Contacts"

I tried with Active Contacts still not getting the related contacts in the Grid.
