Replication counter not getting updated in AX DB

Hello Experts,

I'm facing a issue in AX 2012 R2, the P-job runs successfully every time however, it picks all the transactions from store DB every time it runs and because of this the execution time is taking very long. Upon some analysis found that the column (ReplicationCounterfromOrigin) has value 0 for all the records instead of replication counter value from Store DB. Is there a way to set replication counter value manually and get the P-Job execute with that replication ID. This is happening in Prod and not many ways to debug the issue.

Any help is highly appreciated.

Note: All the records from store to AX is getting updated successfully. it is just the execution time and the way P-job consider all the records every time instead of incremental is the issue.
