Why you can’t setup the Item Group for Trade agreement with Price relation?
"Illegal combination of relation and item code"
*This post is locked for comments
Hi Wenchester,
Are you trying to setup a single price for all items in an item group? This is not by design. About 12 years ago I had also this requirement from a customer where all flowers had a price per group. We customized the Price agreements to enable this. At that time it was Axapta 2.5 or 3.0.
As I had this requirement only once I assume it is a rare requirement.
I am currently learning trade agreements just wonder why this combination is not valid?
Usually you setup prices per item as each item is different. So having a price per group or for all items does not make much sense apart from my customer in the past.
E.g. a Microsoft Surface Pro4 with 8GB memory or 16GB could be the same group, but for sure the price is different.
A discount could make sense. E.g. 10% on all Microsoft Surface devices.
Yes, this makes sense. Thanks!
