We have an issue where when a user Approves a requisition, the system locks and the cursor becomes a blue circle:
The only way out of this screen is to End Task/Log the user out of GP from Task Manager. The when we go back into access GP we get this error:
It does appear to be a mail function where the system locks up – it’s right after the Microsoft window appears to login to Outlook to send an email
I believe you're running into an issue that was fixed in the Jan 2022 hotfix released on 1/21/2022.
The issue is related to using the modern authentication/MFA functionality in Dynamics GP and in most cases, documents attached to the workflows submitted.
