RSO not installing

Im unable to deploy Resource Scheduling Optimization (RSO) to the correct instance because the only instance option presented is 'msdyn_aviva', which is not the desired instance. Kindly advice Team

    RSO not installing
    this usually happens when Resource Scheduling Optimization (RSO) isn’t properly provisioned for the right environment, or the service is still bound to an old instance (like your msdyn_aviva one).

    Deploy RSO to the Correct Instance

    Check Environment Eligibility

    • Go to Power Platform Admin Center
    • Select your target environment.
    • Under Resources → Dynamics 365 apps, verify that Resource Scheduling Optimization is available for installation.

    Install RSO in the Target Environment

    • If available, click Install for RSO on the desired environment.
    • If not available, confirm your license includes RSO and raise a request with Microsoft support to enable it.

    Uninstall / Rebind if Needed

    • If RSO is stuck on msdyn_aviva, you may need to uninstall RSO from that environment first.
    • After uninstall, recheck the Apps list in PPAC for your correct environment → then install there.

    Validate in Field Service Hub

    • Once installed, open Field Service → Resource Scheduling Optimization.
    • Make sure you can create Optimization Profiles and the service account is running against the correct environment.
