If you are an end-user attempting to sign into a Guides subscription that was purchased by your company, you must contact your administrator or IT help desk to get access to Guides. They must assign your license and role (see links below). You may see this error if your license or role has not been assigned to you yet.
If you are an administrator (or creating a private trial subscription), you must setup your Guides environment before using the app. Be sure to follow all instructions in step 1 and step 2, and then assign user roles. The user role step is important because that enables your account to log into your Guides environment.
If none of that works, I would contact customer support so an engineer can investigate. See https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/get-started/support/ and look for the Guides info.
