Hi,

I recently took everyone's SUPER user access away and as a result no one can administer the columns on their journal layouts anymore.

I know that you can administer the layout/template centrally so that everyone has the same view when going into the screen so would like to find out how to do that if possible?

Can anyone help me do this please?

    you need to open the profile in config mode and do the changes.

    It is very much possible by opening the role tailored client in configuration mode. Please refer here:
