I have a scenario and not sure if I am doing anything wrong or not.
So here's it;
- I have created a Work Order of Maintenance type and added two Products to it.
- While the work order was in progress state, I filed the RMA (by creating RMA, RMA Receipt and approved it) for one of the products.
- The status of the RMA Receipt says Product Received but it did not update anything in the Work Order Products subgrid (like the quantity is still the same).
What am I missing or is there any issue?
