i have create custom(Accout Payble) roles for my orginzation in ax 2012 R3,now when i test that roles on a test user,i.e when create purchase order,then on po confirmation action it gives me error,"PurchFormletter_Purchorder access denied",any body have any idea...i have give full acces to menu item etc....but still problem exist!

Hi Munsif,

Did you use new or existing duties and/or privileges? Usually the existing privileges also contains permissions on classes. You can add a permission or duty on the role. You need to add the privilege PurchFormLetter_PurchaseOrderProcess or the duty PurchOrderMaintain.
