Hello everyone,
I've set up SMS provider for Twilio using this instructions:
so, I have setup in D365:
and I've added two SMS numbers too ( the existing one and one that was purchased from Twilio - both from the UK +44 region).
Additionally, on Twilio side I did verification for two numbers (add them as a Verified Caller ID's) and Geo permissions for UK:
Now, when I try to sent a message (Test send or by using Journey in Real time marketing with a Static Segment and Contacts who are having those two numbers as a Mobile Phone) I have error:
Invalid sending parameters
Any help is welcome.
Thank you!
I'm getting the same error intermittently. Twilio is getting a 11200 error on their end when it fails. Removing the phone number and re-adding it on the provider page usually allows it to test once before showing this error again. Is there other settings that need to be configured on the twilio side?
I had exactly the same issue.
The resolution is to add the phone number into the Consent Center.
Hi, I am getting this same error too.
Hello Nya,
I'm using Twilio.
Upper picture is when I try sending SMS by selecting Test send button.
If I try sending by using Journey in Real time marketing, I'm just getting report: Invalid sending parameters (without any details provided).
The UK is on Twilio list of supported country.
I would be thankful if you could provide some more details.
Thank you in advance!
Hi,
Please test your message by selecting the Test send button in the upper right.
If you are using an Azure Communication Services preview toll-free sender number, you can test send the message to any United States mobile number.
If you are using a Twilio or TeleSign sender number, you can send the message to a mobile device in any supported country.
You can also add the message to a journey to see how it can be triggered by events.
