Hi,

Can anyone help me to create a lead in MS CRM 2015 via organization.svc web service using soap (XML) without using sdk references from .net web service.

Also, is there any document where can see list of all methods of organization.svc using soap.

Thanks & Regards,

Neelam

    Hi Neelam,

The Dynamics CRM SDK contains a Project called SOAPLogger. This project will log you a SOAP Equivalent of the C# code.

SDK Location for SOAPLogger - SDK\SampleCode\CS\Client\SOAPLogger\SOAPLogger

About the documentation, SDK is the best place to refer. There was a discussion in the Community about the SOAP used to create a Lead.

    Here is the reference

    community.dynamics.com/.../142009.aspx

    Hope that helps

    Thanks

    Dear Mithilesh,

What about the authentication of organization.svc service while passing the soap xml in post method from a different web service. ?

    Thanks & Regards,

    Neelam

    Hi Neelam,

If the request is from a third party system, you will need to have a User in Dynamics CRM (say External User) which will be used to authenticate the request. This user should have minimum access to perform the required task.

    Hope that helps

    Thanks
