We recently installed Dynamics marketing. We've created email templates and I am trying to use the Test Send function to check how the emails look. I've tried to send both to my personal and work email addresses and even though the system indicates the test send was sent to each email after manually filling in the dynamic fields, the emails never come through. I've verified that the emails are not getting quarantined and are not getting placed in my Junk folder. Our external IT support is able to send these test send emails without issue but they are having difficulty isolating what may be preventing my emails from coming through. We also have Dynamics Sales app and I have no issue sending emails from this app. Appreciate any insights to help resolve our issue.
