Adding a comment and dataverse fields to the survey

I want to add comment fields and other dataverse fields.

e.g., say my question is  "Is Sky is blue?"

options are Yes/No. If the customer selected "Yes," then make the comment fields required ( not sure how to add this comment field to the question)

Also, add other fields from my dataverse to the survey (as a header), e.g., Account drop-down / Business Unit dropdown, etc.

    DTMum - you can use branching rule in Customer Voice to add required comment:

    1. Create a comment question and set the question as required but not visible

    2. Create a branching rule to show/hide comment question based on the response in #1

    We are working on supporting adding dataverse field into header and dropdown.

    Thank you so much for your reply, @Welly Lee.  Is there a timeline for adding dataverse fields to the survey? We want it in the next two weeks, and it seems like it won't be possible!  ( me praying now :) )

    Prefill answer feature is planned for later this year (not in the next 2 weeks :-)). As a workaround, you could consider to create choice-question for each category value in Dataverse then use branching rule to show the relevant choice-question based on the survey variable value -- see below example:
