I am a new user for Customer Insights - Journeys.
I have set up a mobile app for push notification with the below guide.
I have registered the device of iOS and android. I can see the device in the mobile devices.
The iOS version is work for me in the real-time journeys, the notification will appear when i click test send button.
but android is not work, the portal tell me the the test message has been sent successfully, but the mobile no notification show.
i can receive the notification when i use firebase could message with the same FCM token.
Would you help me how to find the detail result, and then i can find the solution for this problem.
