We have an user when running the standard out of the box VAT Statement report and previews, it displays no VAT £ data. If user then prints report, the data appears successfully.
Has anyone else encountered issue before?
The problem is only occurring for one user too.

Hi,
do you have one or more VAT Statement names?
Go to "VAT STATEMENT TEMPLATES" in the administration panel (or search Vat Statement Templates). The standard order of these templates are by default ascending.
If the one you want isn't the first one, you need to select the right template by opening page 417 (VAT Statement) and use the arrows on right of left.
Then go to Report to print: the filters come from the selected page, the date filter will be saved. To test leave the datefilter empty (all results).
Hi, the user didn't have any "user metadata" or "page personalization" for this report. Problem still continues.
Try to delete the metadata for that report for that user from, user metadata table and from Page Personalization.
