Pre-Request: Incident Type have Services and Services Tasks created in system.
I have created new work order along with Incident Tye, I have Booked Work order to User 1 and he is able view Services and Service Tasks.
I have booked same work order to User 2 and he is unable to view Services and Service Tasks.
For troubleshooting, what happens if you first assign it to user 2, then to user 1? Also which app is used by these users? Did you check the sync filters?
What are the security roles for the users?
Field Serivce OOB will share the Services and Service Tasks with the users when they get booked to the work order. So maybe you can check if the records are being shared correctly with the users?
