Cannot attach documents in Files tab to emails

In the New Email template, there are two buttons for attaching files. Neither option takes a user to the docs uploaded to the Files tab.

Anyone have a solution?

Could you share screenshots about these two buttons and the file tab?

Attach files as attachments by using the (ActivityMimeAttachment) attribute in the email message.

This is through relationship with 'sharepoint document' entity.

--It stores the document in SharePoint online in a library with a folder for each record
