This might be customization that whenever invoice posted you get an email or notification.
Kindly check user setup may be there will be some customization for this requirement
or Contact partner/developer.
No, I don't mean customers email notification. I mean an email notification to, say, a training manager to notify him that a training order has been taken. This happens whenever an order/invoice is posted. All the emails go to one person. I need to change the email address.
Agree with Rabindra, if you would like to notify your customer, use "Post and Send" or "Post and Email" option when making a posting.

You need to change the Customer Email address cause Cusotmer will be the one who will be receiving your invoice...
After email has been changed you can select "Post and Email"...you will get email box open with the Recipient email address: Customer Email.
