Previous Work Order Views for Technicians - Woodford

Hi,

We are starting a pilot with our techs using Resco Woodford to handle Work Order jobs.

as soon as they complete work orders they cannot look those work orders anymore.

Is it possible to change work order views to accomplish this?

    You just need to add this condition to your Work Orders view. This will then remove all the Open-Completed jobs from the view.

    Hi Thomas. Thanks for your answer! I'm afraid I asked the wrong question. Let me re-phrase this.

    What I need is enabling technicians to see completed work orders. Right now, they are not being able to see them as soon as they close them. I think this comes out of the box.

    Hi Anuar,

    You will need to create more views in woodford and then the engineers can select the views from here:
