I want to upload inventory from excel to system how to get the excel version of table to upload the data and than upload to system?

You have to upload inventory in Item Journal Table. Check the table no 83
You can use rapid start
You can use RapidStart service available in Dynamics NAV
msdn.microsoft.com/.../hh179428(v=nav.90).aspx
With the rapidstart you can export the data to an excel file also you can import data to the tables in Dynamics NAV. Best thing is to go through few documents and get a brief idea about rapidstart.
