Kindly Advise how can I Change My Login Password in NAV 2013 R2 , although I tried to change from User Menu , but it is not working

Hi Mostafa,
Do you use NavUserPassword authentication? Are you end user?
If yes, you can have your IT Administrator set "User must change password at next login" for your user.
As Khoa said if you are using NAVUserPassword then you need to ask your admin to the "User must change password at next login" for your user login.
My personal preference is to use Active Directory logins (AD) for NAV. Because you do not have to worry about user management like normal NAV passwords.

If NAV has been setup for Active Directory login, then user can change the windows password and same will be applicable for NAV.
However, if setup has been done for NavUserPassword, then either Administrator can change the password in Administration >IT Administration > General > Users or put 'User must change password at next login'
