Hello everybody, so i am reading Microsoft documents about visual studio integration (Dev III) about  microsoft Dynamics Ax 2012 & .Net interop between X++ & .NET Managed code .

The concept is almost clear , but after hours of searching i am not able to test a managed code c# project which i created in a X++ job. I can see the project in the AOT , i added a reference for dll file ..

Any body can help me please.

Thank you all for your time.

    Well, and what's the problem? Do you get any error? Where have you installed the DLL? Is your code running on client or AOS?

    Helo Martin , thank you for your fast response, the problem is that when i can't call

    MyClassLibrary.MyClass.myMethod() in X++ job.

    Yes i installed my dll file in the client\bin

    No problem. Just please try to be more specific next time, saying "i can't call MyClassLibrary.MyClass.myMethod()" doesn't explain anything either. We wouldn't know why you can't call it, whether you get a compile-time or runtime error or what happens.

    Hello Martin ,

    I am sorry , you are right , i mean that when i write MyClassLibrary the X++ interpreter doesn't recognize it and doesn't offer to fix it as usual. And if i execute it , it throws a variable not declared error ...

    I have set the hot-swapping property to my AOS and restarted it before this procedure , so i did not thought it might be a AOS restarting problem.

    It doesn't make sens but when i restarted it again it worked .

    Please forgive me about the lack of explanation in my post , and thank you again for your help .

    Have a nice day.
