Unable to get the japan language in legal entity

Hi All,

Version -  AX 2012 R3 CU9

I have created a new Legal entity for Japan. and also enabled the Licences configuration for Japan. DB synchronization is also done.

Then i restart the AOS.

Then i open legal entity for Japan but unable to get the japan language.

Kindly let me know why Japaneses language is not coming?

time zone -  i have selected

Which language need to provide ? Japanese or EN-US

Please give me more shed on this.
