In App Notification - Model driven App - Plugin functions

Hi all 

I am new to D365, can you help me with my ask. 

I need to display "In app notification" in model driven app by using Plugin function. I found some other options to achieve this by using JS/automate but user wants only through Plugin. Can anybody help how to achieve this. 

Ex: If a user select Drop down and select buyer manger, insert his comment and click on save. post select save button, buyer manager should get the notification.

    Thanks for your response, in this video they are using Automate but the requirement to work  through plugins.

    Hi, This does not appear to be a Business Central issue, you can try posting in the forum below.

    Dynamics 365 Sales - Forums, Blogs, Support

    PS: In Business Central 2022 wave 2 (BC21) , we can embed Business Central in Teams tabs, so we can notify other people directly on teams.
