Can't edit Report: does not exist in the repository. VS shows wrong AOS

I'm trying to edit (among others) the SalesConfirmReport. I can open the node \Visual Studio Projects\Dynamics AX Model Projects\SalesConfirmReport.

But when the solution opens in Visual Studio (2013) all elements in the project carry a yellow triangle overlay. When I try to open the report VS says: item does not exist in the repository.

It works for my coworker but we are unable to find any difference between our two configurations...

EDIT:

I've also realized now that Visual Studio displays "Default (cus) [CUS Model]" instead of our actual Ax Instance. I've tried everything I could find on how to reconnect it to an actual AOS:

VS launch parameter
AxCliCfg: changing the current config, deleting the custom config, refreshing WCF config, importing the config from AXC file.
Editing both LOCAL_MACHINE and CURRENT_USER keys concerning AxCliCfg
