Confirming, Receiving and Registering Multiple Lines on PO

I am trying to process multiple lines on a PO which has been approved. I have confirmed the PO to allow registration. Each line (4) has been registered and the status of each line is now registered.

My problem is that when I come a recieve them via the product receipt, it wont allow it. I have entered a product receipt number and ticked close for receipt but still nothing happens. The product receipt isnt generated.

As a test I raised a new PO with just one line to see if I could process that and I could, I got the product receipt to display.

Surely you are able to process multiple lines on a PO all together and not individually?

How do you register - through updatelines - registration. once you click product receipt with number did you post.

Once confirmed I register through update lines - registration yes. Then once all lines are registered, I click product receipt, enter a product receipt value, tick close for receipt on the lines tab then click OK to produce the product receipt but it doesnt with multiple lines.

Please check your posting checkbox is marked or not once you click Ok. if it is working for one line it should work for multiple line.

Smithy2k7, Definitely you can receive multiples lines on a PO at the same time. Do you have any customization in the receipt process...? If you are doing the registration process, Have you tried Arrival journal process...?
