Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Archived)

login error in Dynamics NAV universal app

Hi NAV experts

when I try to login in universal app I enter my user and password and I have the following error: "You cannot sign in due to a technical issue. Contact your system administrator."

My webclient and server native app works fine

Any ideas?

    It could be a certificate issue please check this blog

    Yes, phone client works fine in browser and phones too

    Try to run the phone client in the browser first, and also SSL is mandatory for you to run the app
