Is it possible to group the records based on country code?

    Based on design you have listed it seems like a list report. If you want to have report to be in order of country code, they in AL you can sort data using country code.
     
    A Grouping of Report based on Country code is like -
     
    Country Code IN  
    No. Country Code Name
    C001 IN Demo
    C002 IN Demo 2
    Country Code US  
    No. Country Code Name
    C0003 US Demo 3
    C0004 US Demo 4

    Hi, have you tried to select the "Countrycode" field from the list to group the records based on the country code. and then select group button:

    Yes, in Business Central, you can group records by Country Code in a Word layout report by using repeating content controls in the Word template.
