Hi, have you tried to select the "Countrycode" field from the list to group the records based on the country code. and then select group button:

Hi Rashami,

Based on design you have listed it seems like a list report. If you want to have report to be in order of country code, they in AL you can sort data using country code.

A Grouping of Report based on Country code is like -
