Hi everyone
I need some assistance with running the monthly settlement declaration for Belgium for sales tax. Keep getting error message Enterprise number is missing. I have set up the registration ID for Legal entity but I get the same error. I have set up the sales tax authority as Belgium too.
1. What am I doing wrong/ what steps have I missed? Please assist.
Hello Sanie,
Can you share some screenprints of your legal entity and tax authority setup?
Many thanks,
Ludwig
Hi Sanie,
Did you enter the enterprise number on the Legal entity form? You can add it using the button 'Registration IDs' on the Legal entity for the Belgium companies.
Hi Andre,
Yes correct. That entry was made on the LE form on the Button registration IDs.
I don't think there is anywhere ekse it can be added. Please help with this problem.
Thank you
My experience with the Belgium tax declaration is a long time ago. I had to deal with it a lot using Axapta 3.0, AX4 and AX2009. After that I noticed this change of the enterprise number on the LE form.
I can remember that also for all Belgian customers in the system, you had to setup the enterprise number, but not sure if this declaration is checking this as well.
I can only guess that it is the customer enterprise number that maybe be missing. Which I can only load with the cutomer data migration file.
I will try this. Thank you again.
