Has anyone else been having this issue? I created a sandbox and now can not get out of it??? I have followed the directions, but still remain stuck in the sand box environment......

What do you mean you are stuck in it? Can you simply alter your URL to remove the Sandbox portion so that you go directly to your production tenant?

Thanks Chris, thats kinda the odd thing there is no sandbox portion in the URL.... if you want send me an email and I will give you the URL

What makes you think you're in a Sandbox environment then? What instructions are you following? These - docs.microsoft.com/.../across-how-create-sandbox-environment
Do you have the blue banner across the top saying it's Sandbox... even though you're in your regular environment?
If you click on the Waffle menu in the top left corner, then select 'All Apps' - Do you have both a Business Central and Business Central Sandbox environment listed? Do each of these take you to the correct URL environments?
yes.... and the reason I know i'm in the sand box is It tells me so in the upper right hand side
Correct and they both take me to the sand box.... whats your email I will send you a pic
