Configure leave workflow to send email to Manager with a user in cc

Hi,

How can I setup the Leave approval workflow so that the email notification goes to the manager with one user in CC.

I found out that I can select multiple specific users for email.

I wat to sele3ct one dynamic user(manager) and one specific user in cc.

Please help me out.
