Social Pane/Timeline Not Displaying Time or Date

Hi,

As per subject, at some point we appear to have lost the time/date display on the timeline for the Account form. It displays fine on the Contact form and other places, just not on Account. I can see all the emails are there, but the only information showing where the time/date would normally be is the status and the communication partner (in the case of emails at least..)

I can't actually see any option on the form design to disable/enable this. Any ideas how I can get it to display?

    Hi MDS,

    You have to wait for a day it will be visible date and time within your timeline. I tried in my case whenever you are creating any activities in timeline same time it will not give you date. It will take some time might be a day. Please refer the screenshot marked as yellow in which i have created new one it is just showing time but if you see the older one you could have abled to see the data and time as well.

    The date and time actually took sometime to appear on timeline.

    Hello,

    These activities can be from today or 3 years ago. None of them show the date/time. I should also note, that it's only affecting email activities as far as I can see...

    I think you will need to Modify the Email Card form.

    Hi 

    You open through particular apps that is way.

    Go to your  solution -> under that select the entity -> Select the form -> social panel (double click) and modify it.
