Automatically ddd new contact to subscription list

Looking for the best way to automatically add a new contact record to a subscription list/s?

What is the best way to manage this with no/low code?

NB They have not completed a Dynamics marketing form so cannot do via this method

    How do I filter so this action only occurs when contact is owned by specific team/business unit?

    Hi,

    It can be achieved with flow.

    Here are the steps:

    1. Trigger the flow when a new contact is added(i.e. created).

    2. Perform a bound action.

      The Row ID is the GUID of the subscription list and can be found in the URL of the list.
      The EntityId is the GUID of the new contact which can be accessed in the 1st step.
    3. Here are the test results.

    If you cannot use Power Automate, it can also be achieved with workflow.

    However, there is no OOTB step to add a contact into a marketing list.

    You need to download a managed solution called Dynamics-365-Workflow-Tools and import it into your environment.

    There is a step Add To Marketing List which can help you.
