I have around 13 flows which has to be run on various criteria on the same entity with many forms
what is the best way to achieve this?

It should be on ribbon button click and particular flow should run based on forms and field conditions.
eg form 1 field Account Name has ABC then flow 1 should only run.
eg form 2 field Owner is XYZ then flow 2 should run

Ok. So on demand and depending on some data from forms.
I would say then the best way - HTTP triggered flow that accepts the parameter as JSON to pass the data inside.
