Error message when trying to get NAV speaking with a COM port.

Hello, I am trying to solve a problem with a customisation for NAV called vetvision. A veterinary software.

We are trying to connect an electronic tax-box to using a COM port as described, we get an error message called:

"could not create an instance of the ole control or automation server identified by GUID={F55F0681-B42EA-A60E-6119F4171880}1.0:{F002E930-3289-4A5C-AA76-63F5DDD38229}:Unknown Automation Server.Unknow Class

 

Any ideas hat that might be caused by?

    Solved the problem, was a error in the registry.

    You need to register the (COM) dll file using Regsvr32  command.
