Unmark tracked email activity as not complete

I tracked an email from Outlook and associated it with a case in Dynamics.

The email is marked as complete automatically it seems, with no way to mark it as not complete.

    This is by design but frustrating. You could create an on-demand Workflow to get around this to set the Activity Status back to "Open" for this email.
