Customer Insight - managing several instances XRM Sales

Hello,

If I have several instances CRM Dynamics as XRM based on the sales modules. 

Is it possible to use customer insight to merge records coming from native and custom entities?

    Hi Johana,

    Indeed you can connect several instances of Dynamics 365 CE to Customer Insights. After ingesting the data from one source, it can be mapped, matched and enriched with data from other sources. This is called the unification of data. The resulting conflated data can be used for analytics, AI/ML, PowerBI. You can also use this data for segmentation in Dynamics 365 for Marketing.

    Though Customer Insights is strong in deduplicating data, it is not designed to do data cleansing of your data sources. To merge records is a quite manual process determining what information should prevail. Off course you could import the unified data into a new instance of Dynamics, but I doubt if that is what you want.
